Unfortunately, visitors under 13 years of age cannot register to use this website. According to US law, if you are under 13 and want to register, you must have your parents' permission; however, Jude's Teen Romance and Love Advice has no good way to check to see if you really do.

To make things simple, I have decided to not allow registration of visitors under 13. However, I am looking into this, and if I find a way to make it work, I will change this policy.
