How do you get smart guys to notice you?
I've got about 20 days until summer starts and I won't see him until next year, maybe even longer, so I realized I needed advice fast... there's a guy in my class who's super smart and almost everything I wanted in a guy. High IQ, cute smile, attractive features, highly cultured... the problem is he doesn't know I exist!! I've tried to talk to him, but he either responed awkwardly or I ran away! I want to get to know him maybe even become more if I'm lucky, and I promised myself if he doesn't want anytihng to do with me, I'll leave him alone, but... Usually I'm not this optimistic. I have to work fast and get his number ASAP! What do you sugesst?

You don't necessarily need a number...
An e-mail address or, better, a screen name might be an easier way to get in contact. The reason is that calling the phone, though definitely more personable, is also harder to pull off in the short amount of time you have. So if you can start talking online, you can always "move up" to phone, but it might be hard to just start off there.
Is there anything you do together (sports, clubs, classes, etc.)? If so, try asking for help in whatever it is. Then you can always try innocently asking "Is it ok if I e-mail/call/IM you? Here's my info."
If not, if he's using a site like MySpace or Facebook you might try sending him a message first on that. If he responds, just go from there!
