Yes, HIV can be transmitted through anal sex.

However, if you (and your girlfriend) are positive (that is, have been tested, or you are her first sexual partner of any kind) that she does not have HIV, then no, you cannot get HIV from her.

Of course, you should always get yourself checked to make sure you don't give her any sexually transmitted diseases you may have gotten from previous partners.
