Confused
So,I really like this guy.I've liked him for about a year now and I know he doesn't like me back.His friends know I like him and always tease him when we're around.Last year I really thought he liked me but then he got a girlfriend,which proved he didn't care.I've been trying to get over him ever since but it doesn't eally seem to be working.I always try to keep myself busy so I don't think about him,I joined the choir,I read a lot of books and etc.But still,everytime I see him walking in the hallway my heart starts racing...but he ignores me :( It's really hurtful.Anyway,my biggest problem is that we're both in the same advanced math class for 2 years now and my math grades are dropping cause I can't focus with him being around!I always get so nervous with him being around,I have a feeling that his friends are making fun of me behind my back.What should I do?I've never been this confused in my entire life,and I just don't want bad grades.Thanks!

Can you transfer to a different class? I hate to say it, but if you're been trying to get over him for a year, and failing, this might be the best option. Talk to a guidance counselor if your school has them available.
Otherwise, it's time to give up on this guy. Of course, you already know that. Now you need to make yourself believe it. Tell your friends you've liked him and you're trying to get over him; see if they can help. Tell your parents. Just telling people may help you close up your feelings faster.
It will also force you to deal with them a little more, and more publicly, which usually helps people sharpen their thoughts.
